At Americana Pipedream Apparel, we stand by the quality of our vintage-inspired goods and military surplus. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your box.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once scanned, you will receive an automated email tracking the progress of your return back to our warehouse.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
