Shipping & Pre-Order Info
This item is sold as a pre-order and fulfilled in bi-weekly batches. There is no guaranteed ship date. Once inventory arrives at our warehouse, standard shipping applies.
All bikes ship via freight (typically FedEx). We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule delivery once your bike has landed in our warehouse, with pickup occurring within 5 business days. Transit time is typically 2–5 business days, this time is not guaranteed.
You must be present to accept delivery. Failed deliveries (address issues, no access, no recipient, etc.) will be refunded minus freight costs.
Why Pre-Orders?
We are using this pre-order system to evaluate demand before committing to large inventory purchases. This allows us to responsibly manage inventory costs while giving customers access to the product.
Warranty
E Ride Pro 1 Year or 1,000 miles, whichever one comes first.
All E Ride Pro products are covered by E Ride Pro Warranty, Americana Pipedream is an authorized dealer for E Ride Pro. We are happy to help troubleshoot and or process/service warranty for any E Ride Pro products bought and or sold through Americana Pipedream Apparel LLC.
